Frank lives in Oklahoma, where the landscape and history often find their way into his stories. Growing up surrounded by powerful storms and the legends that follow them, he developed an early fascination with the idea that the world might be stranger than it appears.
That fascination continues to shape the stories he writes today - stories that ask what might happen if the impossible began to quietly bleed into the real world.
